Yes — Orange HVAC is a registered and approved contractor under Ontario’s Home Renovation Savings Program. We’ve successfully completed dozens of rebate applications and helped homeowners across Eastern Ontario get approved and funded. If you’re eligible, we can guide you step by step through the entire process.

Orange HVAC was originally operated out of a farmhouse in Kemptville, but we’ve grown since then. Our primary location is now on Mitch Owens Road in Manotick, with a secondary location in Merrickville-Wolford. From these locations, we proudly serve Ottawa and the rest of Eastern Ontario with fast, professional HVAC service.

No, we specialize in cold climate air-source heat pumps — not geothermal systems. While geothermal can work in certain cases, we focus on high-efficiency Mitsubishi and Midea heat pump systems that deliver outstanding performance with less installation complexity and cost.

Yes — and we do it well. We install a complete range of hydronic heating solutions using IBC products. Whether it’s in-floor radiant heating, snow melt systems, hot water baseboards, or classic cast iron radiators, we’ve got you covered with expert design and installation.

Absolutely. We carry full liability insurance and are fully licensed to operate in Ontario. Our work is code-compliant, fully inspected, and backed by both manufacturer warranties and our own customer satisfaction guarantee.

Yes, financing is available — although we don’t push it. If spreading out your payments makes the project more manageable, we’re happy to offer flexible options through trusted third-party providers. Just let us know you’re interested, and we’ll walk you through the choices.

No — and we strongly advise against it.
If you’re currently in a rental contract for HVAC equipment, you may be paying far more than you should. These agreements often lock homeowners into payments that exceed $20,000 per unit, with long terms and hidden fees — not to mention liens on your home. Laws have improved, but predatory contracts are still out there. We recommend speaking to a qualified lawyer if you’re locked into one, and we always recommend purchasing your equipment outright or financing it responsibly.
